If you like anime rpg this is probably for you. It's a pretty interesting combat for a jrpg. Camera seems pretty close to the characters at times. I wish the strike attacks were more zoomed out so I could see them better. Seriously, wanted to skip a few cutscenes to avoid going through all the cringe.Īs far as combat goes, Arise pretty decent. Someone else in party has something bad happen to them, gotta bring it up. For like 5-10 skits after it happened they just keep bringing it up. Dohalim was a bit that way, but at least he got over it in just 2 skits while Law, Rinwell, Alphen, Kisara constantly talking about their loss. The only main characters I liked were also Shionne and Dohalim. The things that do happen at least in the first half was in my expectations. In Arise, nothing is really seeming that interesting at all.
